Who is a defaulter buyer party?

A defaulter is a company, firm, or organization that does not fulfill its obligation of making payment to their suppliers. CreditQ provides access to information about defaulters, offering accurate data based on submissions from our registered businesses having valid GST number.

Can an individual person be a CreditQ customer?

Yes, individuals can register on the CreditQ allowing them to generate Credit Information Reports for any business or individuals.

What documents should we upload to verify a defaulter?

To prove that a party is a defaulter, you should upload the following documents: an up-to-date ledger for the defaulter and a Chartered Accountant’s certificate with the UDIN number. Additionally, any other documents requested by CreditQ may also be required.

CreditQ provides legal services to its registered customers, with offerings tailored to their chosen subscription plan. These services include sending legal notices through various channels, such as e-legal notices and physical legal notices (RPAD), to reported defaulters for outstanding amounts. No, the wallet points do not expire while your subscription is active, but when your subscription will expire then only your wallet service will be inactive. If you wish to activate your wallet again then you have to renew your subscription.

No, it is not possible to remove a defaulter party prior to settlement as per the terms and conditions of service agreement.

My wallet points are inactive; how can I activate?

I have upgraded my plan, still my wallet points are inactive?
